Sometime Sunday or early Monday, a 2,425-pound satellite that ran out of fuel last month will plunge back to Earth. About a quarter of the European Space Agency's satellite is expected to survive re-entry and strike somewhere on the planet. But where?

Mammatus is a rare cloud formation, meaning "mammary cloud" or "breast cloud" is a meteorological term applied to a cellular pattern of pouches hanging underneath the base of a cloud. Mammatus are most often associated with the severe thunderstorms.
